Ahh okay I didn't realize it was a random chance of pregnancy I thought it was more straight-forward if you just followed the steps. Thank you Alorth for clearing that up. I guess I was just lucky in getting both characters pregnant at the same time and thought I had it figured out. What I couldn't figure was why people were having such a hard time with this. Actually I meant to say to go back to a previous save point rather than starting the game from the beginning.   

In this version (V.012) I'm pretty sure only Creme and Chocomint can get pregnant. Violet doesn't count.

Okay a LOT of people want to know how to get Chocomint pregnant. Yes you CAN get Creme and Choco preggo at the same time. Here's how I did it. 

First, get Creme's points to 10 points by talking to her each day. If you want, go ahead and get her pregnant which happens easily because you came while she's in heat.  

Second, never deny Chocomint her cravings or spurn her and you'll eventually get a scene with you and her in the bathroom. In that scene tell Chocomint "I love you" which completes her love route.  You should then have a total of 25 points for Choco and 10 points for Creme which unlocks the next scene. I'm not sure but I think you get extra points if you choose Choco over Cream in some choices.  

Third (important if you didn't get Cream pregnant!), make sure that "Pregnancy" is enabled at the laptop before the next scene.

Soon after that (a few days), go to sleep and you'll wake up to a nice three-way with you, Chocomint and Violet. This scene is called, "Morning Surprise." After the scene you should get the message, "Chocomint is pregnant". If Choco has less than 25 points then her eggs just fly away. 

That's it!

Edit: Alorth has since mentioned (see replies below) that the pregnancies are randomized and not what I thought. That being the case, it is highly recommended that you create save points so that you can redo these scenes if you don't get the desired results. 

Even after the story said 'End of Content' and all Nekos were turned green the events don't stop there. After a couple more days I got a cute scene of MC cuddling Creme with their daughter who they named Vanilla. This is a way better ending than the somewhat sad ending between MC, Autumn and their daughter.

I thought I would share my list of all 19 wallpaper locations in the game. To Alorth, I dunno how you'd feel about this since this is your baby but if you're not happy about it in any way then let me know and I will promptly and respectfully delete this post. I just thought I would share it because I like the game so much. In fact I rated this game 10 out of 10 stars on another site and gave it my best review ever. Enjoy!

1. Bedroom - Laptop. Click the Recycle Bin, restore the image then click the wallpaper.

2. Bedroom - by wicker basket.

3. Bedroom - framed picture on shelves.

4. Living Room - framed picture on left wall above the cabinets.

5. Living Room - on floor next to a planter.

6. Living Room - green statue of a tree(?) on railing.

7. Kitchen - on a wall shelf next to a vase.

8. Kitchen - framed picture under the clock.

9. Lily's Bedroom - framed picture in corner.

10. Bathroom - under the toilet.

11. Bathroom - by some towels next to the bathtub.

12. Ash's Farm - by the Barn.

13. Village Herbal Shop - on ground by doorstep.

14. Village Street - on ground behind left arch.

15. Village Marketplace - on grass by large tree trunk.

16. *Bera's Cabin - by the woodpile.

17. *Kleos' House - in tree trunks.

18. *Autumn's Flat - behind framed picture of a cat.
